Welcome to Woodstock Towers where you will get a glimpse into the iconic New York City skyline with northern and eastern exposures. New floors run throughout this large sun-filled one bedroom. The apartment features large windows and open layout with French doors leading into the bedroom. There is a tiled bathroom with a window, a Pullman kitchen and large fridge.

As you enter the building you will be greeted by a grand two-story lobby, gorgeous woodwork and stained-glass windows. Conveniently nestled in the heart of midtown, Woodstock Towers stands as an emblem of prewar elegance, offering residents a host of coveted amenities such as a 24-hour doorman, gym (small fee), live in super, central laundry facility, bike room and community courtyard. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated throughout the building by architect Fred French, also known as the father of Tudor City. Across the street you will also find the Ford Foundations spectacular inside garden and to the left of the building entrance, up the stairs a hidden oasis, neighborhood park.

The building is minutes away from Grand Central and vast subway options commuting anywhere throughout the city is a breeze. Heat, water and electricity are included. Tenant is responsible for their cable / internet expenses. The apartment comes with 2 AC units. Pets are not permitted for tenants (shareholders only).
